Volteum’s mission is to enable companies to use electric vehicles more easily than internal combustion engine vehicles. They provide a best-in-class software to manage electric vehicle fleets, optimize everyday routes and charging sessions.

Their team of product and communication experts shared with me the company’s branding guidelines, some examples of other websites they like and a document including the first version of the content and required functionality – which we kept updating as the designs evolved.
We had status calls and design reviews on a weekly basis to keep track of the progress.

In any website, the hero section has a huge influence over effectively delivering the message across to site visitors.

The animated illustration adds a playful touch to the site and helps explain Volteum’s service in a simple, easy-to-understand way. It also contributes to drawing the visitors in and convincing them to either read more or opt-in to Volteum’s services.

This section is designed to help with lead generation in an interactive and engaging way for visitors who wish to get a detailed result of the calculation.
